Here we breakdown the process of what to expect after we leave with your loved one so there is nothing to worry about and your focus can remain on you and your loved ones in this difficult time.
You will be kept in contact
The Funeral Home who is supporting you through this time will be in contact with you within the next few hours to go over any and all information, and finalize any plans with the family.
Your Loved one will be tucked in for the night
By North Carolina state law, there is a 24 hour waiting period before any cremation can take place with the decedent. This gives the funeral home time to prepare everything needed in order to move forward, and the family time to decompress and process.
The Funeral Home will take over
This is the time where the care of the decedent and families will be handed over to the funeral home. From there they will support you in the process and arrangements to say goodbye to your loved one.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the removal or transportation process you can reach out to us here and we’ll be happy to help.
